七厘胶囊中红花和儿茶的薄层色谱鉴别

摘　　要：目的:提高七厘胶囊的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对七厘胶囊中红花、儿茶2味药材的有效成分进行了定性鉴别。结果:该法薄层图谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:方法简便可行,专属性强,重现性良好,可用于七厘胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To matography （TLC） was used to flos carthami and catechu improve the standards of quality control for Qili capsule. Methods： Thin layer chroidentify the active ingredients of flos carthami and catechu in Qili capsule. Results： could be differentiated distinctly with TLC, the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion： The methods are simple, specific, sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility. The methods can be used for quality control of Qili capsule.
