摘  要:目的研究蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶SHP-2(Src homology 2 domain-containing phosphatase)在膀胱移行细胞癌(bladder transitional cell carcinoma,BTCC)中的表达水平,初步探讨SHP-2与BTCC发生发展的关系。方法收集我院Ⅰ~Ⅲ级BTCC病例,免疫组化染色检测SHP-2表达,显微镜下观察阳性率。取BTCC病例的正常膀胱组织作为对照组。结果各级别BTCC表达SHP-2的阳性率分别为90.9%、100%和90.0%,与对照组(66.7%)相比,各级别BTCC表达SHP-2阳性率显著增高;而各级别BTCC之间SHP-2阳性率无明显差别。结论SHP-2在BTCC组织中的表达显著增高,可能与BTCC发生发展的机制有关;SHP-2在不同级别BTCC组织中的表达无明显差异,提示SHP-2对BTCC的分化程度可能不起重要作用。Objective To study the expressions of Src homology 2 domain-containing phosphatase SHP-2 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) and the relationship between SHP-2 and the development of BTCC. Methods The expressions of SHP-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry in normal bladder tissues and different grades of BTCC. Results The positive rates of SHP-2 products in grade Ⅰ , grade Ⅱ and grade m BTCC were 90.9% ,100% and 90.0% respectively. The expressions of SHP-2 increased significantly in BTCC compared with that in the normal bladder tissues(66.7% ). Nevertheless, the positive rates of the SHP-2 expression didn' t reveal evident change among different grades of BTCC. Conclusion The expressions of SHP-2 increased dramatically in BTCC, which is probably related with the mechanism of the development of BTCC ; the SHP-2 expressions didn' t show obvious variation in different grades of BTCC, which suggests SHP-2 perhaps doesn' t play an important role in the differentiation degree of BTCC.
