近红外漫反射光谱法与偏最小二乘法结合作芦丁粉末药品的非破坏性分析

摘　　要：将偏最小二乘法（PLS）同近红外漫反射光谱法结合，对芦了粉末药品作了非破坏性分析。讨论了波长对PLS定量预测能力的影响。预测校正集样品和预测集样品芦丁含量的相对标准误差分别为0．0030％和1．6713％。Rutin power pharmaceuticals were analyzed nondestractively by near-infrared diffusion reflectance spectroscopy com-bined with partial least Square (PLS) method. The influence of wavelength on the quantitative prediction of PLS is dis-cussed. The relative standard errors of prediction for calibration samples and prediction samples were 0.0030% and1.6713 %, respectively.
