摘 要:当煤炭、石油等不可再生能源频频告急,能源问题日益成为制约国际社会经济发展的瓶颈时,太阳能作为一种可再生的清洁新能源,已越来越引起人们的关注,太阳能光伏已是目前最热门的环保技术之一。综合利用太阳能的研究是当前和长远的社会发展需要,也是科技工作者深感兴趣的重大研究课题。太阳光谱选择性吸收薄膜是太阳能光热转换中极为重要的关键材料,是提高光热转换效率的重要手段,国内外关于各种太阳光谱选择性吸收薄膜或涂层的研究方兴未艾,这也是当前太阳能热利用中的前沿课题,其中应用最广的为氮化钛(TiNx)薄膜。Nowadays fossil energy such as coal and petroleum has run short, and energy problem has become a bottleneck for social and conomic development internationally. Solar energy as a kind of environmental friendly regenerative energy, has attracted more and more attention, and solar photovoltaic technology is one of the hottest environmental protectian technologies. The research on the comprehensive utilization of solar energy is current and long - term social development need, and is considered as a very attractive and important study object by researchers. Solar spectroscopic selective absorbing film is important and crucial material in photo -themal transformation of solar energy and is an effective way to improve photo - thermal transformation efficiency. The research on various solar spectroscopic selective absorbing films had become a hot research, and is a pioneering subject in the heat utilization of solar energy. And TiNx film is applied most widely in this area.
