摘  要:[目的]探讨乳腺癌组织中Bcl-2,ER,PR,C-erbB-2的表达情况及其与生物学行为及预后的关系.[方法]采用免疫组织化学SP法检测131例乳腺癌组织中的Bcl-2,ER,PR,C-erbB-2的表达情况. [结果]在131例乳腺癌组织中Bcl-2,ER,PR,C-erbB-2的阳性表达率分别为84.7%,50.4%,58.8%, 46.6%,Bcl-2蛋白表达与ER,PR表达呈显著正相关,C-erbB-2蛋白表达与淋巴结转移情况无相关性. Bcl-2蛋白在浸润性导管癌和原位癌中的阳性表达率相近,在髓样癌中表达率较低.ER,PR在原位癌、浸润性导管癌和髓样癌中阳性表达率分别为76.9%,59.8%,21.4%,相比较均有显著性差异.C-erbB-2蛋白在原位癌、浸润性导管癌和髓样癌中阳性表达率分别为61.5%,45.7%,35.7%,相比较均有显著性差异.在Bcl-2阴性表达的乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白的表达与ER,PR表达呈负相关.[结论]联合检测乳腺癌组织中Bcl-2,ER,PR,C-erbB-2的表达情况,有利于评估乳腺癌的生物学行为及预后,同时对术后个体化学治疗方案的制定亦有参考价值.OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between expression of Bcl- biological behavior in breast cancer. METHODS The expression of Bcl-2, ER, determined by immunohistochemical SP methods in 131 cases of breast cancer. 2, ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and PR and C-erbB-2 was RESULTS The positive expression rates of Bcl-2, ER, PR and C-erbB-2 in 131 cases of breast cancer were 84.7%, 50.4%, 58.8% and 46.6%, respectively. The expression of Bcl-2 protein was obviously positive correlation with expression of ER and PR, but there was no correlation with C-erbB-2 protein and lymph nodes metastasis. The expression rate of Bel-2 was no significant difference between the invasive ductal carcinoma and in situ carcinoma,but it was lower in medullary carcinoma. Combination positive rates of ER and PR were 76.9% ,59.8% and 21.4% on in situ carcinoma,invasive duetal carcinoma and medullary carcinoma, respectively,and the differences were significant. The expression rate of C-erbB-2 was 61.5% ,45.7% and 35.7% on in situ carcinoma, invasive ductal carcinoma and medullary carcinoma, respectively, and the differences were significant too. The negative expression of Bcl-2 in breast cancer, there was negative correlation between the expression of C-erbB-2 and expression of ER and PR. CONCLUSION Combined detection of the expression of Bcl-2, ER, PR, and C-erbB-2 is helpful to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer, and it is also helpful to select the individual chemotherapy protocol for patientwith breast cancer after operation.
