摘　　要："阳光体育运动"是新时期加强青少年体育意识,增强青少年体质的战略举措。在此背景下,从心理学、行为学和社会学的角度出发,运用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对河北省普通高校大学生体育活动现状及影响因素进行研究,并提出相关建议与对策。＂Sunshine Sports＂ is a strategic initiative in the new period to strengthen the awareness of youth sports and to enhance their physical fitness. In this context, the paper develops from a psychological, behavioral and social point of view, using questionnaires, interviews, etc. to do a research on the status of college sports and its affecting factors in colleges and universities of Hebei Province, with the purpose of providing an advice and some countermeasures.
