歼击机飞行员神经精神类疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的探讨歼击机飞行员神经精神类疾病的分布规律。方法回顾性分析1965-2006年在我院住院诊治的436例歼击机飞行员的临床资料，统计不同疾病类型、不同年龄段的飞行结论，并进行比较。结果常见的神经精神类疾病分别为空中晕厥／加速度耐力不良、地面晕厥、血管性头痛、神经症等，发病年龄相对集中在30～35岁。癫痫、空中晕厥／加速度耐力不良和其他神经精神类疾病（主要是抑郁症、恶劣心境等）是停飞的重要原因。结论歼击机飞行员的神经精神类疾病大多数无器质性病变，但治愈合格率低，停飞率高，且心理和精神类疾病有上升趋势，对其原因进行分析有助于提高航卫保障质量。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical distribute of hospitalized fight pilots for neurologic/psychotic disorders. Methods 436 clinical cases of fight pilots hospitalized in our center from 1965 to 2006 were collected for clinical analysis. Clinica! data including different type of disease, different age group and the medical assessment were collected. Comparison of grounding rate among different disease type and age groups were performed. Results The most common neurologic/psychotic disorders in fight pilots were flight syncope/acceleration intolerance, ground syncope, vascular headache and neurosis. The age onset of neurologic/psychotic disorders were most occurred between 30 and 35. The disqualification rate are high in epilepsy, syncope/acceleration intolerance and other nerologic/psyehotic disorders （including depressive disorder and dysthymia）. Conclusion Little structural disease can be find in fight pilots diagnosed neuroloci/psychotic disorders, but the qualification rate of neurologic/ psychotic disorders is low, while the disqualification rate is high. And mental illness or psychotic disorders is going up. Detailed analysis of such disease may do great to aeromedical service in all levels of aero medical facilities.
