摘　　要：伴随时代的发展,成人大学生的伦理道德和价值观出现许多变化,呈现出多元化的特征,充分认识这种变化和特征,探索成人高校行之有效的德育教育方法,是成人高校教育工作者肩负的重任。我们必须突出社会主义核心价值体系教育,建立和完善成人高校伦理道德教育的考评体系,改进伦理道德教育的方法,结合传统道德,充分利用网络,加大教育的力度。Along with the development of the society, the moral and value views of adult university student are also appears a variety and present a diversified characteristic. Understanding this kind of variety and characteristic, investigating the effective moral education method of adult university is an important task of the educator in adult university. We must emphasize the educa- tion of socialism core value system, build up the evaluation system of moral education in adult university, improve the educational method of ethics morals, and combine traditional morals with network to enforce the strength of moral education.
