摘 要:以显式动态有限元理论为基础,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行汽车保险杠碰撞数值模拟仿真,得到结构的瞬态动力响应以及变形、速度、碰撞力等参数的时程曲线,清晰地展示了保险杠变形的全过程,仿真与试验结果基本一致。为提高保险杠系统在低速碰撞中的结构耐撞性,运用正交优化设计方法进行结构优化,并对优化结果进行计算验证。This article, based on dynamic explicit fern theory, studied the bumper car collision numerical simulation by using ANSYS / LS-DYNA software. The structural transient dynamic response and the parametric time history curve of deformation, velocity, and crash force were gained, which clearly showed the deformation of the bumper the whole process of simulation, and test results were basically the same. To enhance the Structural Crashworthiness of the bumper system, the orthogonal optimal design method could be used to optimize its structure; the results were verified by the finite element numerical simulation.
