摘 要:我国旅游房地产在20世纪90年代已萌芽。现在,经济的持续高速增长,人们生活水平的提高等因素促进其快速发展。但同时又面临法规制度、理论指导等方面的问题,要利用产业融合的理论,从健全法规、人才培养、金融支撑、正确的理论指导和市场信誉等方面来研究我国旅游房地产发展的对策。In China, tourism real estate sprouted in the 1990s. Now, it is advanced by the sustainable growth of the economy, the upgrading of people' s living standard and so on. However, it is also being restricted by the law system, theoretical guidance etceteras. Based on the theories of industry convergence, the paper offers some countermeasures to promote the development of China' s tourism real estate from the aspects of perfecting law and regulation, personnel training, financial support, correct theoretical guidance, as well as market credibility.
