对我国体育教研员选拔与考评机制的思考与探索

摘　　要：分析我国体育教研员选拔与考评机制的现状,发现体育教研员的选拔与考评机制普遍存在着单一、松散等问题,应建立一套基层推荐、考核聘用与行政任命相结合,"绩""效"考核评价相结合,完整、科学的选拔考评体系,推动我国体育教研员队伍的建设与发展。Through analyzing the current state of PE teaching and research personnels in China, single and loose problems generally existing in the choosing and appraising mechaniem of PE teaching and research persommels are found. So the new evaluating system should be characterized by an effective and efficient appointing system which base on the combination of group recommending, post offering and administration assigning.
