摘　　要：商科院校的法学本科课程体系应当根据商科院校特有的学科和专业优势以及应用型法律人才的培养目标来设置,坚持以职业教育为导向,在重视法学十四门专业核心课程所涵盖的基本内容教学的基础上,加大民商、经济法类课程的比重,并设置贸易、会计、证券投资、管理学、经济学等专业选修课程模块,突出法商结合的特色,注重实践类课程的设置,以满足我国经济社会发展对法律人才多样化需求。The course system of law undergraduate of commercial institutes should be foffered according to its special course and specialty advantage and the cultivation goal of applied law talents, insist on regarding profession education as its direction, increase the courses such as people commerce, and economic law, offer these courses such as trade, accounting, bond investment, management science and economic science and so on and play stress on practical course offered to satisfy all kinds of demands of law talents about our country＇ s economic society development.
