摘 要:蛭弧菌是一类具有噬菌体功能,对能导致水产品病害和人类食物中毒的致病菌具有良好裂解清除效果的寄生性微生物。从南海海域的海泥中筛选得到4株蛭弧菌,并对其裂解能力做了研究。结果表明,4株海洋性蛭弧菌对能导致海洋水产品病害的55株致病或潜在致病菌具有比较好的裂解能力,裂解率分别为60.0%、50.9%、52.7%和61.8%,若考虑不同菌株间的协同作用,裂解率达83.6%。研究结果为蛭弧菌在控制水产业源头致病菌污染方面的应用提供了理论依据。Bdellovibrio sp. is a kind of parasitic microorganism which can act as phage and demonstrate desirable ability in eliminating pathogenic bacterium that can lead to seafood diseases and human food poisoning. In our investigation, four strains of Bdellovibrio were isolated from sea mud obtained from South China Sea. The lysis experiments on 55 pathogens or potential pathogens showed that the four strains lysed 60.0%, 50.9%, 52.7% and 61.8% of the total bacteria, respectively. In combination, they lysed 83.6% of the bacteria tested. Results fully demonstrated the potential application of Bdellovibdo in controlling the pathogenic bacterium of the seafood odgin.
