摘　　要："人"与"教育信息环境"之间的矛盾推动着"教育信息系统"的演进,体现出了信息化与优化、系统性与矛盾性、人本性与价值性,以及动态平衡性与演替性等基本特征,规定了教育信息化建设的任务、实质、目的和特征,突出了教育信息系统的生态性。在教育信息生态系统指引下,教育信息化建设必须确立信息思维与信息科学方法的指导、以系统工程方法为主要建设手段、以人文主义管理与制度法规为激励措施、以实现生态发展为基本目的。The contradictory relationship between human beings and education information environment promotes the evolution of education information ecology system, demonstrating a series of fundamental features about the system. Education informationization must be scientifically designed by means of systemic engineering and humanitarian management. Ecology of education informationization underlines the following features: human-centered ecological system; material world, energy and information as medium; healthy relationship between man and information environment, and dialectical relation- ship between dynamic balance (ecological development) and sustainable development.
