摘　　要：目的:为研究和开发蔷薇科植物单瓣缫丝花(Rosa roxburghii Trat.t.fnormalis Rehd.et wils)的果实提供理论依据。方法:采用来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微和理化鉴定的方法作系统的生药学研究。结果:证明其主要化学成分为有机酸、三萜类化合物,尚含挥发油等。其果皮显微横切面特征可见大小不一的多轮维管束及石细胞群。粉末特征含大量各种形状的石细胞及单细胞非腺毛。结论:为制定药材质量标准,研究和开发利用该药资源提供理论依据。Objective:To provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of the fruits of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.f.normalis Rehd.et Wils.Methods:Source identification,character identification,microstructure and physical and chemical methods were used as the systematic pharmacognosy research.Results:The main chemical components of Rosa contained organic acids,triterpenoid compounds and volatile oil and so on.Different sizes of multi-round vascular bundles and stone cells can be seen in the microscopic cross-sectional characteristics of its peel.Powder characteristics showed various shapes of stone cells and single-celled non-glandular hairs.Conclusion:The study provides a theoretical basis for making quality standards for medicinal herbs and developing and using the drug resources.
