摘  要:测量了经60CoY辐照的热释光材料LiF:Mg,Ti.LiF:Mg,Cu,P和MgSO4的正电子湮没寿命谱,所有寿命谱都分解成三个成分。两种不同掺杂的LiF样品,其成分寿命参数十分接近,表明正离子空位对寿命谱影响较小;并且观察到,在剂量范围为0.05-1kGy内,i2成分寿命参数随剂量按相反趋势发生较小的变化。等时退火实验表明,MgSO4样品的i2和i3成分与硫酸基有关。The positron annihilation lifetime spectra of unirradiated and gamma- ray irradiated thermoluminesecent materials LiF:Mg,Ti and LiF:Mg, Cu,P and MgSO4 have been decomposed into three components. The for the heavily doped LiF samples are very similar, which implies that the positive ion vacancies have less effect on the spectra. lt is observed that 2 alters slightly but oppositely with dose in a dose range from 0.05 to 1kGy. lsochronal annealing of the irradiated MgSO4 samples indicates that the and may be related to R radicals(where R represents SO42 ̄, SO4 ̄ and SO3 ̄ ), and their intensities I and I3 are probably dependent on the formed (Mg2+ vacancy-R) complexes and their competition.
