摘  要:采用正电子寿命研究了压缩、冷轧和拉伸变形时高纯铁的正电子寿命随形变量的变化规律(曲线)。实验结果表明:若单考虑某一种方式的形变过程。其结果与前人的结果一致。实验中还发现压缩变形时的曲线明显高于拉伸时的曲线,而冷轧时的曲线介于两者之间。这种曲线的不同可归因于不同方式变形时导致的缺陷结构不同。Variations of positron lifetime parameters with strain for the high purity iron samples with three ways of deformation (compression, cold- rolling and tension) have been investigated. Experimental results showed that when only one way of deformation (e. g. tension) was considered, our results were in accordance with the previous references, lt was found that variations of the mean lifetime with strain (i.e. the ( . ) curve) depended on the way of deformation. The . ( c ) curve for compression was, evidently higher than that for tension, and the . ( . ) curve for cold- rolling was ,between them. lt seems that the difference in . ( . ) curves . for various depends .on the types and concentrations of defects.
