摘　　要：金融危机下,失业率上升,这直接导致西方国家的许多工会"斗志昂扬"。在公司面临需求疲软和信贷不足而奋力求生之际,各类工会的对抗性行为,被一些传统经济学家认为将摧毁市场经济体系。在席卷全球的金融危机中,中国工人也不能幸免。人力资源与社会保障部称,2008年登记失业率在4.5%左右,随着新增就业人数增速下降,以及企业用工需求下滑,2009年失业率会进一步增长。然而,随着跨国公司在华建会率的提高和中国工人与全球产业链的关系越来越密切,中国特色的工会模式。Finance crisis and increased unemployment rate directly lead to the most aggressive west countries' trade unions.The Chinese workers can not survive in the global finance crisis as well.However,depending on more and more Chinese trade unions created by the MNCs and the closer relationship between Chinese workers and global industry chain,the new trade union pattern with Chinese feature makes it possible that the Chinese industrialist who is at the bottom of the global industry chain will have a harmonized Spring Festival
