摘 要:目的探讨超声造影在乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断方面的应用价值。方法术前对55例乳腺肿瘤患者进行超声造影检查,应用时间-强度曲线分析软件分析定量参数(峰值强度、曲线下面积),术后应用免疫组织化学方法对手术标本进行抗CD34因子免疫组织化学染色,测量肿块微血管密度计数,与超声造影的峰值强度、曲线下面积对照,分析二者的相关性。结果乳腺恶性肿瘤组织中抗CD34标记的微血管量与超声造影后的定量参数(峰值强度、曲线下面积)呈显著正相关。结论超声造影可间接判断乳腺肿瘤血管生成的活性,可作为术前鉴别乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的有效手段。Objective To exPlore the applicability of real ultras ultrasound in distinguishing benign breast tumors from malignant breast tumors. Methods The mierovessel density (MVD) of 55 breast tumors was determined by contrast ultrasound examination before surgery, Afterthat , we detected the microvessel density (MVD) tagged by CD34 in the above 55 breast tumors by immunohistochemistry after operation. We compared the levels of MVD detected by immunohistochemistry with those detected by ultrasound in order to determine the effectiveness of ultrasound as apredictive method. The levels of MVD detected by immunohistochemistry showed statistically significant similarity to those detected by time - strength after real - contrast ultrasound in malignanthreast tumors. Results Real ultras ultrasound can detect angiogenetic activity of breast tumors. Conclusion It is an effective and noninvasive method todifferentiate benign breast tumors from malignant breast tumors before operation.
