摘　　要：目的:探讨首次发生脑卒中急性期合并的卒中后抑郁与血清中5-羟色胺(5-HT)浓度和多种相关因素的关系。方法:采用病例-对照研究方案。结果:脑卒中后抑郁患者血清中5-HT浓度较非脑卒中后抑郁低,且与抑郁程度成正相关。左侧病灶发病率高于右侧病灶。结论:卒中后抑郁是脑卒中常见的并发症,以轻、中度抑郁为主,且相关因素较多。Objective：This research was done to study the prevalence and multiple correlation factors of post - stroke depression in the first stroke acute phase. We expect to provide some help of early diagnosis and treat- ment of post- stroke depression. Methods： Research program： Case- control study was used. Results-In the PSD patients＇ serum, 5 - HT density was lower than that of the non - PSD, and had a positive correlation with the degree of depression, which can provide a scientific basis for treatment. The lesion location in left hemi- sphere of the brain has a higher morbidity than that in the right hemisphere. Conclusions： Post- stroke depres- sion is a common complication of cerebral apoplexy. Most PSD patients are mild and moderate, with many relat- ed factors.
