摘　　要：从市场机制建设、政策法令修改、能源结构变化等3个方面,对2008年欧盟电力市场发展的重大事件包括交易所融合、欧盟跨国电网建设、能源企业产权拆分和能源供应多元化等进行了回顾和分析,结合我国目前电力市场化改革的实际情况,在逐步建立统一开放的全国电力市场、加强电网建设、研究制定我国能源多元化发展规划和政策等方面给出了几点启示。This paper reviews and analyzes the major events in the 2008 EU power market development in terms of the market mechanism building, modifications of energy directives and policies, and changes in the energy structure, covering mergers of the power exchanges, building of transnational electric grids, split-up of the ownerships of energy companies, and diversification of the power generation, etc. Considering the actual condition in China, it comes up with constructive suggestions on promoting the power reform, including progressively forming a unified and open national power market, speeding up construction of transmission grids, making the development plan and suitable policies on diversification of the energy, etc.
