摘  要:研究雪白白僵菌CA411产环孢菌素A的摇瓶发酵条件,使该菌株的发酵效价提高了110%以上。采用补水发酵工艺,提高菌体生长速度,使发酵周期缩短2d。对摇瓶发酵过程中的细胞形态进行观察,初步揭示发酵各时期菌体形态变化。The optimal fermentation process of Beauveria nivea CA411 producing cyclosporin A was studied. The fememtation potency of cyclosporin A was increased by approximately 110% at the optimal growth parameters. The fermentation period could be decreased by 2 days. During fermentation, water feeding process was used to increase the culture growth, while the morphological changes of the culture at different growth stages were observed under the optical microscope.
