摘 要:目的探讨带子瘤颅内动脉瘤的壁面切应力(WSS)特点。方法结合数字减影血管造影(DSA)三维图像,采用计算流体力学(CFD)有限元方法的软件,对7例带子瘤的颅内动脉瘤行血流动力学数值模拟,对其WSS进行分析,并与临床资料作对比分析。结果心动周期内,每例患者子瘤处的WSS明显低于母瘤(P<0.01)。相对于其他时刻,T=0.2 s时,动脉瘤WSS最高(P<0.05)。结论子瘤的WSS明显低,容易破裂。Objects To explore the magnitutes of wall shear stress (WSS) on intracranial saccular aneurysms with daughter bubbles. Methods The numerical simulation of hemodynamics in 7 patients with intracranial saccular aneurysms with daughter bubbles were processed with software of finite element method of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) according to DSA images, and their WSS datas were analyzed, the results were compared with clinical datas. Results Over one cardiac cycle , in all the cases, the WSS were much lower on the daughter bubbles than on the mother aneurysm body ( P 〈 0. 001 ). In contrast to other time step, the WSS was the highest at T = 0.2 s ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The obviously low wall shear stress on the daughter bubbles was found, causing a very high rupture risk.
