再生胶在轿车子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用

摘　　要：研究再生胶在轿车子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明,在轿车子午线轮胎胎侧胶配方中使用5份再生胶,能够在保证胶料各项性能基本不变的情况下,适当改善胶料的耐屈挠性能和老化后性能;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能良好,每年可节约成本120万元。The application of reclaim in sidewall compound of PCR tire was investigated. The resuits showed that,by adding 5 phr reclaim in PCR tire sidewall compound formulation, the flexibility and aging properties of compound were improved as other properties changed little;the highspeed performance and endurance of the finished tire were good,and the cost was reduced by 1.2 million yuan every year.
