摘　　要：Tslcl在多种恶性肿瘤中都有不同程度的表达缺失或低表达，提示其与肿瘤的发生相关。进一步研究发现Tslcl的失活与肿瘤细胞的浸润及转移有关，同时证明Tslcl可以作为独立因素参与肿瘤的早期诊断及预后评价，并可能成为新的治疗靶点。It is found that down-regulation or loss of Tslel gene expression in different levels can be detected in many kinds of malignant tumors ,which hints that it is related to tumorigenesis. Further studies find that inactivation of Tslcl gene concerns with the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. At the same time,it is proved that Tslel gene can be regarded as an independent factor to participate in the early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of tumor ,which makes it probable to be a new treatment target.
