摘　　要：环氧合酶-2（COX-2）与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关，选择性COX-2抑制剂通过影响细胞的增殖、凋亡、细胞周期、肿瘤新生血管、侵袭和转移、机体免疫等多个方面而起到预防和治疗肿瘤的作用，还可以增强肿瘤的放化疗效果。因此，深入研究COX-2抑制剂与肿瘤的关系将为肿瘤预防和治疗提供新的靶点。Cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） is closely related to the development of tumors. The selective COX-2 inhibitors have the functions of preventing and treating tumors by affecting cell proliferation, apoptosis, cell cycle, tumor angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis, immune and many other aspects.. It may also enhance the effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Therefore, to research the relationship between COX-2 inhibitor and tumors furtherly will provide a new target for the tumor prevention and treatment.
