摘 要:试验结果表明,在试验盐度范围内(30~120),较低的盐度有利于盐生杜氏藻生长和分裂,最大细胞密度为8.92×105cell/ml,对照组仅为3.81×105cell/ml;盐度为60时,β-胡萝卜素含量最高,为102mg/g,对照组仅为36mg/g;盐度为30时,叶绿素a含量最高,为82mg/g,对照组最低,为17mg/g;低盐度有利于细胞蛋白质合成,蛋白质最高含量为37.5%,对照组仅为27.9%。The effects of salinity on the growth, accumulation of β-carotene, biosynthesis of chlorophyl A and contents of protein in alga Dunaliella salina were investigated. Within the test salinity, good cell growth and division was found at low salinity, the maximum cell density of 8.92 × 10^5 cell/ml compared with 3.81× 10^5 cell/ml in the control group. The maximum β-carotene content of 102 mg/g was observed at a salinity of 60, compared with 36 mg/g in the control group. The maximum chlorophyl A content of 82 mg/g was detected at a salinity of 30, 17 mg/g in the control group. Low salinity was found to be benefit to synthesis of protein with the maximum protein content of 37. 5%, only 27. 9% in the control group.
