摘　　要：高等院校的实验教学示范中心建设是教育部质量工程的重要内容之一。文章介绍了北京市市级建筑电气与智能化实验教学示范中心的建设及建筑电气与智能化实践教学体系的建设，其中包含了建筑电气与智能化技术从基础实验教学到专业综合实训系统，构成了一个完整的特色鲜明的建筑电气与智能化实验教学体系。Laboratory construction for the experiment teaching demonstration center is an important task of quality projects. This paper describes the process of establishing laboratories for the Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Building Electrical ＆ Intelligent Engineering, including construction of fundamental experiments and comprehensive practice training projects, which constitute an integrated and special experiment teaching system of electrical and intelligent engineering on building.
