摘 要:目的探讨IL-4C+33T基因多态性与血清IL-4水平以及与动脉粥样硬化脑梗死发病的关系。方法收集159例动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者和151例对照者;采用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测IL-4基因的C+33T等位基因多态性;ELISA法检测对照组人群血清IL-4水平。结果IL-4C+33T等位基因,TT基因型个体的IL-4血清水平高于TC和CC型,TC型高于CC型,但IL-4C+33T基因型和等位基因频率在对照组人群、动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者中分布无差异。结论IL-4C+33T等位基因与高血清IL-4水平有关,而IL-4C+33T基因多态性与中国湖南汉族人动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的发病无关。Objective To elucidate the association between IL-4 C + 33T allele and the serum levels of IL-4 and atherothrombotic cerebral infarction. Methods 159 patients with atherothrombotic cerebral infarction, and 151 helthy control subjects were recruited. Genotyping was carried out using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP). IL-4 serum levels in control subjects were determined with ELISA method using human IL-4 immunoassay kit. Results The serum IL-4 levels of subjects with TT genotype were higher than those with TC and CC genotypes, subjects with TC genotype higher than those with CC genotype. However, the distribution of the genotype and allele frequencies for IL-4 C + 33T allele was not statistically different between subjects with cerebral infarction and control subjects. Conclusions IL-4 C + 33T allele is associated with a high serum IL-4 level. The C + 33T polymorphism is not associated with the risk of atherothrombotic cerebral infarction in Chinese Han population.
