摘　　要：本文利用以酶抑制法为原理的快速农药残留检测仪,对北京市市售的果蔬中的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留进行了快速检定.该法显色灵敏、测量时间短、结果可靠.Enzyme-inhibition test, as a rapid method, was used to identify the contents of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables in farmer＇s markets and supermarkets in Beijing city. The method was simple, rapid, and highly sensitive with good repeatability and simple pre-treatment. Using this method for the rapid screening of more than 100 kinds of fruits and vegetables in markets, the results were satisfied.
