摘  要:目的观察双(α-呋喃甲酸)氧钒(VO-FA)对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病(DM)大鼠的作用。方法造模成功后,灌胃给予治疗组大鼠高、低两个剂量的VO-FA,每周监测一次体重及血糖,并在末次给药后检测其瞬时血糖的变化情况,4w后,检测血脂变化。结果VO-FA未见明显改善DM大鼠的整体状况,但可控制其消瘦,并且从给药第2周开始表现出明显的降糖效果,在末次给药后1h可以明显降低血糖值,均以高剂量组为著;同时,DM大鼠出现血脂紊乱,VO-FA能明显降低其总胆固醇水平,对其余指标无显著影响。结论VO-FA能剂量依赖性的降低DM大鼠的血糖值,降低总胆固醇水平,其降糖的机制可能与增强胰岛素的敏感性有关。Objective To investigate the effect of VO-FA on alloxan diabetes mellitus (DM) rats. Methods After establishing the animal models, the rats of treatment group were lavaged with high and low dose VO-FA. The weight and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) were monitored per week, and the variance of blood glucose after late lavaged was tested. The level of blood fat was tested after lavaged for four weeks. Results VO-FA did not improve the condition of DM rats, but it could control marasmus of DM rats. The effect of decreasing blood glucose was appeared since lavaged 2 weeks, and the effect was obviously after late lavaged one hour, the effect of high dose was significant. The level of total cholesterol (TC) was decreased in VO-FA group, and other indicators had no significant changes. Conclusions VO-FA may dose-dependently reduce the level of blood glucose and TC in diabetic rats, and its hypoglycemic mechanism may be related to the enhanced insulin sensitivity.
