摘　　要：历史地看,改革开放时期的外资主导型的出口导向,是对计划经济时期的被动型进口替代的否定。发展地看,相互协调的自主型的进口替代与出口导向,将是对外资主导型的出口导向的否定。基于这种正、反、合题的新视角来回顾和展望30年的改革开放,就能够从发展的观点、全面的观点和联系的观点来看待新中国的过去、现在和未来。From a historical standpoint,export orientation with foreign capital dominance in the period of reform and opening up is a negation of the passive import substitution in the period of planned economy.From a developmental standpoint,import substitution and export orientation with both coordination and independence will be a negation of export orientation with foreign capital dominance.In this regard,we can treat the past,present and future of new China in the point of view of development,comprehensiveness and association when we review and envision 30 years' reform and opening up in the new perspective of positive,negative and conjoint view.
