摘　　要：介绍了博客和电子预印本在学术交流中的应用。从信息资源数字化,学术信息易得性、交互性、权威性等方面总结了博客与电子预印本的相同点,并从信息资源构成、知识产权保护、信息检索功能等方面对比分析了它们的差异。This paper introduces the application of blog and E-prints in academic exchange,and summarizes their identical points from information resources digitization,the availability of academic information,the interaetivity of academic information and the authority of academic information.This article also analyses their differences from the constitution of information resources, intellectual property protection and information retrieval functions.
