摘　　要：简要介绍机构库的概念和现状,并提出图书馆在开放存取环境下应坚持可持续发展战略,转变传统的服务观念,正确定位图书馆员的角色,从而增强图书馆在学术交流中的核心竞争力。This paper introduces the definition and cmxent situation of institutional repositories,and proposes the sustainable development in library.The library should transform service concept and locate the role of librarian correctly,and then enhance the core competitiveness of library in the academic communication.
