摘 要:本文介绍了我国中央空调通风系统的卫生状况、清洗行业的发展现状及存在的问题和国内外的清洗技术及清洗效果的评价方法。调查结果表明我国的风管污染相当严重,风管内的积尘、微生物严重超标。现在国内清洗业发展迅速,清洗设备已实现国产化,但仍缺乏专门的行业协会和监察管理机构;现在国内外较为流行的机器人清洗,采用机器人能降低工作强度,提高工作效率,进入到人所不能及的各种死角;对清洗效果的评价有主观和客观两种方法,主观上通过视觉观察对清洗效果作出主观评价,客观可根据清洗后的残留尘量对清洗效果作出客观评价,本文还对一些清洗方法和评价方法进行了对比,指出了风管清洗的发展方向。The status & problem of ventilation system cleaning industry of central air conditioning system in China and the methods of cleaning and evaluation were introduced. The results of investigation indicate that the air duct in China is contaminated quite severity, and the dust and biological contaminants exceed the criterion excessively. Recently, the cleaning industry develop quickly in China, but it is still lack professional association and supervise organization. The cleaning robot is used very popular in and out of China, which can take the clean work easy and improve the work efficiency. It have two method to evaluate the effect of cleaning. One is subjective way, which uses the visual inspection to assess the HVAC system. Another is objective method by test the debris and remained biological contaminants to determinate if the HVAC system is clean. Moreover this paper reported the comparison of the methods of cleaning and evaluation, and presented the develop way of the ventilation duct cleaning.
