摘　　要：2型糖尿病是一种多因素复杂疾病，遗传因素在其中占有很重要的地位。人类染色体1q21-q25区域富含与代谢、炎性反应、信号转导与基因转录等相关的基因，其与2型糖尿病的连锁关系已在不同人群中得到印证。本文就染色体1q21-q25区域的基因变异与2型糖尿病关系的研究进展进行综述。Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a muhifactor complicated disease where genetic factors play significant roles. The human chromosome region 1q21-q25 is abundant in kinds of genes associated with metabolism, inflammatory reaction, signaling, and gene transcription, whose linkage with type 2 diabetes mellitus has been verified in various populations. This review focuses on the research progress of the relationships between gene variations in chromosome region 1q21-q25 and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
