摘　　要：胃中间横带(MTB)是目前研究胃排空机制的热点之一,争议颇多。它可能是近端胃与远端胃的分界标志,作用类似于心脏的房室瓣,与食物在胃内的分布、转运及排空有关,起"闸门"的作用。此文就MTB在胃排空中作用及机制的研究进展作一综述。Midgastric transverse band（MTB） is being heatedly discussed. The stomach is divided into proximal and distal stomach by MTB, which probably concerned with distribution, transport and emptying of food in stomach. MTB may be similar as the atrioventricular valve（AVV） in function and it seems a ＂gate＂. The article reviews the research progress of MTB in gastric emptying.
