摘　　要：近年来,原发性小肠恶性肿瘤的发病率有逐年提高的趋势。由于其临床表现缺乏特异性,故早期诊断困难,治疗效果也较差。随着双气囊电子小肠内镜和胶囊内镜的应用,小肠肿瘤的诊断率有了较大提高。但小肠恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗水平的提高仍需重视。Recently, the incident of primary malignant tumor in small intestine has risen rapidly. It is nonspecific in clinical manifestation. The early diagnosis is difficult, and the effect of clinical therapy is very poor. With the application of double-bal- loon enteroscopy and capsule endoscopy, the diagnosis rate of small intestinal tumor is improved highly. But it is one of the clinical problems that we should pay more attention to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of small intestinal malignant tumor.
