摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD)的确诊应有病理组织学证据。然而临床上往往很难找到可赖以确诊的组织学病变,诊断及其鉴别诊断仍是困扰我们的一个难题。研究发现多种非侵入性的生物活性标志物对IBD的诊断及炎症活动性的评价具有重要意义。此文综述了近几年已较广泛认可的和正在初步研究的一些IBD生物活性标志物。To make a definite diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease （IBD） needs histological proof. But it is difficult to obtain the reliable pathological changes in clinic. Both the diagnosis and differential diagnosis are still a puzzle to us. Many noninvasive markers are found to be significant in both the diagnosis of IBD and the evaluation of inflammatory activity in recent years. This review highlights recent advances in the accepted and ongoing research bioactivity markers of IBD.
