摘　　要：生长激素释放肽(ghrelin)是一种引起生长激素释放的多肽,循环中的生长激素释放肽主要由胃黏膜产生。Ghrelin可以调节其它激素的释放,调节能量代谢,影响心血管功能。现在很多研究发现ghrelin与消化系统关系密切,此文就这方面研究进展作一综述。Ghrelin is polypeptide resulting in releasing of growth hormone. Growth hormone releasing peptide in circulation is mainly produced by gastric mucosa. It can modulate the secretion of other hormones, regulate energy metabolism and affect cardiovascular function. Recently, many studies have shown that ghrelin has a close relationship with the digestive system. In this article we review recent researches of ghrelin on the digestive system.
