摘 要:为了提高恒流源的精度及稳定性,提出一种基于mos场效应管的恒流源原理及其制作过程,电路采用闭环反馈控制,在0 mA~5 000 mA电流连续可调,在设计中对电路关键元件场效应管、采样电阻的选取进行了必要的说明;分析了影响恒流源稳定性的各种因素,针对器件的焊接提出了具体指导意见,同时深入探讨了实际设计中出现的功耗与散热问题。通过实际测试,本恒流源电流稳定度优于0.5%,可应用于计量与检测领域。This paper introduced the principles and developing process of constant current powers base on MOSFET in order to improve the accuracy and stability of current source. The electric circuit used closed-loop feedback control and its current could be continuously adjusted between 0 mA-5 000 mA. The choice of critical elements such as FET, sample resistance and so on has been explained properly. The various factors which affect the stability of constant current power were analyzed and concrete instruction comments in view of component's welding were given. At the same time, power loss and radiating in the actual design were analyzed deeply. Test results show that stability of this design is better than 0.5%, and it can be used in measuring and testing.
