重庆市高校学生性行为及避孕节育状况调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆市高校学生的性行为避孕节育知识、服务利用及需求情况,为开展生殖健康教育和避孕节育服务提供科学依据。方法:对全市7所不同类型高校按分层整群抽样原则抽取10970名学生进行问卷调查。结果:①大学生对避孕节育知识掌握程度较低,有86.86%的学生认为自己有必要了解相关知识,获得相关知识的主要困难是没有好的教育形式和内容、学校不重视。②在发生过性行为的学生中,52.95%采取了避孕措施,26.14%表示发生过意外妊娠,避孕节育服务的利用较低。③90.15%认为有必要在大学开展避孕节育与性健康教育,希望通过科普读物、网络、专题讲座、课程教育等形式获得性生理和性心理、避孕知识、性伦理道德、性传播疾病以及紧急避孕和意外妊娠人工流产等知识。结论:亟待提高高校学生性健康及避孕相关知识,并提供适宜的避孕服务。Objective： To understand the status of sexual behavior, contraception knowledge, service utilization and demands among college students of Chongqing City, and to provide scientific evidences for the progress of reproductive health education and birth control service. Methods： Stratified cluster sampling principle was adopted, and 10,970 students came from 7 different types of colleges in Chongqing were investigated through questionnaire. Results ： （1）The awareness of contraception knowledge among college students was poor. 86.86% of students believed the necessity of understanding relevant knowledge, and the main difficulties of knowledge obtaining were as follows ： there were not good forms and contents of education, and no importance were attached to by schools. （2）52.95% of students with sexual behavior took contraception measures, and 26.14% admitted the unexpected pregnancy. The use of birth control service was low. （3）90.15% believed the necessity of the development of sexual health and contraception education, and they hoped to obtain relevant knowledge about sexual physiology and sexual psychology, contraception, sexual ethics, sexually transmitted diseases, emergency contraception, unexpected pregnancy as well as induced abortion from the forms of popular science readings, internet, topic lectures and courses. Conclusion： More measures should be performed to improve the knowledge of reproductive health and contraception among college students, and provide eligible contraception services.
