摘　　要：患者女,50岁。反复口角歪斜23年,上唇肿胀10年,加重2年。上唇组织病理示:非干酪样上皮细胞炎性肉芽肿。诊断:完全型Melkersson-Rosenthal综合征。A 50 years old woman presented with a recurring 23-year distortion of commissure and 10-year edema of the upper lip. Histologic examination of the upper lip showed lichenoid lymphocytic infiltration of the papillary dermis and small, nonnecrotic epithelioid granulomas in the deep dermis. Diagnose：complete Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome.
