摘  要:目的:用热分析和粉末X-射线衍射技术研究大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的图谱特征,探讨快速鉴别这2种理化性质相近的化合物的新方法。方法:用柱层析法分离纯化得到大黄酚和大黄素甲醚,在薄层层析(TLC)和熔点测定的基础上,采用热重分析(TG)、差热分析(DTA)和X-射线衍射(XRD)方法对两者进行定性鉴别。结果:大黄酚和大黄素甲醚TG曲线的失重起始温度和失重百分率不同;两者DTA曲线的峰形相似,但峰的位置有显著不同,其XRD图谱也表现出明显差异。结论:利用热分析和粉末X-射线衍射技术可以方便快捷地定性鉴别大黄酚和大黄素甲醚,其热分析曲线和XRD图谱可作为它们各自的特征图谱。Objective:To study new identification method of - ray diffraction. Methods: Chrysophanol and Physcian were chrysophanol and phscion with thermal analysis and X extracted by column chromatography for qualitative a- nalysis by thin- layer chromatography( TLC ) and melting point determination. Chrydophanol and physcian had been characterized with the thermogravimetry ( TG), differential thermo - analysis (DTA) and X - ray diffraction (XRD). Results :Their TG curves had different initial temperature and rate of weight loss;their DTA curves had similar peak shapes with different peak location. The results of XRD showed that they were obvious difference between them and each sample had its own unique diffraction peak. Conclusion:All the curves and patterns can be used as corre- spondent chrysophanol and physcian characteristic fingerprint patterns.
