摘 要:针对大型电机组状态监测系统传感器类型繁多、集成化程度不高的问题,重点研究CAN(Controller Area Network)总线在电机组实时监测系统中的应用,完成基于CAN的传感网络节点硬件接口与软件通信协议的设计,并设计多节点通信的动态优先级算法。MSP430单片机作为子模块核心部件,实现对工程数据的高效获取和对CAN协议传输的控制;基于CAN总线实现数据实时、高效和高可靠性的传输。A great deal of various decentralize sensors are used in dynamotor structure monitoring system,and its integration is low. In this paper, a inclined dynamotor monitoring system is designed reasonably based on Controller Area Network(CAN). The node of sensor network is designed modularized, and the agreement of CAN's transport layer is principly programmed. The arithmetic of dynamic priority is designed. MSP430 singlechip, as core component of the module, obtains data effectively and controls transmission on CAN agreement; the system based on CAN is real-time, effectively, low powercost and much dependability.
