摘 要:试验以成龄巨峰葡萄为材料,应用石蜡切片、测定光合作用等方法,研究了 C P P U 对葡萄果实生长的影响⒚结果表明,应用 C P P U 处理后,明显促进了巨峰葡萄果实的纵径、横径、鲜重、干重的增长;延长了薄壁细胞和亚表皮细胞分裂 5~10d,从而增加了薄壁细胞和亚表皮细胞的层数,并促进了薄壁细胞的伸长⒚但 C P P U 处理不能增加葡萄挂果期间叶片和果实的叶绿素含量和光合作用⒚因此, C P P U 肥果的原因可能是增加了果实“库”The experiment was carried out to study the effect of CPPU [chloropyridylphenylurea,N (2 chloro 4 pyridgl) N′ phenylurea] on stimulating fruit growth of Kyoho grape and its possible mechanism.The results were as follows:Fruit clusters were dipped in 10mg/l CPPU at 13 days after full bloom.It markedly increased fruit length and diameter,fresh fruit and dry fruit weight.The duration of sub epidermal and parenchyma cell division of Kyoho grape fruit prolonged for 5-10 days by CPPU treated,so the number of their cell layer increased compared with its control.Moreover,the cell diameter of radial section markedly increased than that of control,but the content of chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate in leaves showed no significantly difference between CPPU treatment and control.These results indicate that the mechanism of CPPU stimulating fruit growth of Kyoho grape might attribute to the effect of CPPU enhancing fruit “pool”.
