摘　　要：目的完善药品召回制度,培育药品生产企业的诚信自律意识。方法企业应重视药品研发和生产过程的质量控制,加强不良反应的监测和评估,建立并执行药品召回的内、外部程序,主动召回缺陷药品。结果与结论培育企业诚信自律意识,完善药品上市后召回制度。Objective Perfecting the drug recall system will cultivate credit and self-disciplinary awareness of production enterprises. Methods The enterprises should attach importance to the process of R＆D and production, put emphasis on the supervision and assessment of unhealthy reaction of drugs. And more importantly, they should establish and implement the interior and exterior procedures about the drug recalls to recall the defective drugs on their own initiative. Results and Conclusions Perfecting the drug recall system will cultivate credit and self-disciplinary awareness of production enterprises.
