摘  要:压力试验成为钢管生产过程中必需的质量检测环节,对钢管质量检验起着重要作用。为了快速对水压试验过程的故障进行诊断,本文提出了基于子时段递推多向Fisher判别分析的故障诊断方法。该方法根据不同故障在不同时段有不同表征的特点,将水压机生产过程分成多个子时段,对每个子时段的数据分别建立MFDA模型。此外,结合递推思想,将3个时段的诊断结果密切结合以提高诊断精度。采用水压试验机实际生产过程的四个锁阀故障数据对该方法进行测试,结果验证了该方法的有效性。Pressure test has become a necessary part in quality inspection during the production process of steel tube, which plays an important role in the assessment of steel tube quality. To diagnose the faults in hydraulic test process timely, a stage-based recursive multiway fisher discriminant analysis method is introduced in this paper. The method is based on the idea that the process can be divided into some stages, different faults can be characterized in different stages; and different MFDA models can be built using every stage data. A recursive idea is adopted to combine the diagnosis results of the three stages. The method was applied to the fault data of four shuttle valves in practical production process. Test results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
