摘  要:目的观察结肠康泰对表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及其配体表皮生长因子(EGF)、转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)在结肠炎大鼠肠黏膜修复中表达的影响。方法雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分为4组,分别为正常组、模型组、柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)组及结肠康泰组,以5%三硝基苯磺酸(TNBs)诱导大鼠形成结肠炎模型,免疫组化法观察EGFR、EGF、TGF-α的表达。结果结肠炎大鼠肠黏膜细胞EGFR表达代偿性增多,经灌服结肠康泰后,EGFR、EGF、TGF-α表达显著增多,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论上调EGFR及其配体EGF、TGF-α的表达是结肠康泰修复结肠黏膜损伤的愈合机制之一。Objective It is to observe the influence of Jiechangkangtai (JCKT) on the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and its ligand such as epidermal growth factor (EGF) and transforming growth factor-α (TGF-α) in intestinal mucosa reconditioning of Colitis Rats. Methods 60 female SD Rats were randomly divided into four groups such as normal group, model group, Sulfasalazine (SASP) group and JCKT group. Colitis Rats models were established with 5 % trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid (TNBs) inducing. The expressions of EGFR, EGF and TGF-α were observed with immunohistochemistry method. Results The expression of EGFR in intestinal mucosa cell of Colitis Rats was increased vicariously. The expressions of EGFR, EGF and TGF-α in JCKT groups were more than those in model group and there was significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Up regulating the expression of EGFR and its ligand such as EGF and TGF-α is one of the healing mechanisms of JCKT reconditioning intestinal mueosa injury.
