摘  要:目的探讨生化止血饮对药物流产(药流)后大鼠子宫蜕膜凋亡基因Fas mR-NA及凋亡抑制基因bcl-2 mRNA的影响及作用机制。方法建立正常对照组、模型组、益母草组、生化止血饮组,用原位杂交的方法检测凋亡基因Fas mRNA及凋亡抑制基因bcl-2mRNA的表达。结果生化止血饮可显著增加子宫蜕膜细胞凋亡基因Fasm RNA的表达,减低凋亡抑制基因bcl-2 mRNA的表达,与益母草组和模型组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论生化止血饮能通过增加蜕膜组织中凋亡基因Fas的表达和降低凋亡抑制基因bcl-2的表达而加速残留蜕膜从子宫壁剥脱来达到止血的目的。Objective It is to discuss the influence of Shenghuazhixueyin on apoptosis gene Fas mRNA and apoptosis inhibiting gene bcl - 2 mRNA of uterine decidua in Rats after abortion with Drugs and the mechanism of action. Methods Normal control group, model group, leonurus group and Shenghuazhixueyin group were established. The expressions of apoptosis gene Fas mRNA and apoptosis inhibiting gene bcl - 2 mRNA were detected with the method of in situ cytohybridization. Results Shenghuazhixueyin could remarkably increase the expression of apoptosis gene Fas mRNA in uterine decidual cell and reduce the expression of apoptosis inhibiting gene bcl - 2 mRNA. Compared with leonurus group and model group, there were both significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Shenghuazhixueyin can reach the purpose of hematischesis through increasing the expression of apoptosis gene Fas mRNA in decidual tissue and reducing the expression of apoptosis inhibiting gene bcl - 2 mRNA and then making reliquus decidua exfoliating quickly from uterine wall.
